my silver lining

Let me tell you, i'm doing a terrible job at quitting smoking, but i'm doing a fantastic job at not quitting. I figure as long as i'm doing something well, everything is ok.

I've spent most the day hanging out at the perky piranha downtown, its a bit on the hard to find side on the corner of chesnut and first in between the imax and the aquarium which is a good part of why i've never really been in before. It's a cool little place, quiet, laid back, tasty coffee, fun staff, all of these winning points in my mind. should hang out here more often.

The Mouse

I'm assuming a good number of people have allready seen Chris Crocker's "Leave Britney Alone!" video on youtube. I was looking at some of his other video's last night and they are amazing. one in particular.

Chris Crocker's The Age of Consent

I sat through the video with my roommate and his fiance making snide comments and then we saw the responses, one response cought our eyes. this one

A response to Chris Crocker's the age of consent

i had to rewatch it this morning just so i knew what he was actually saying, i was laughing so hard the first time i watched i missed half of it. it was amazing.

Just as amazing although otherwise unrelated. The Dodgers have grabbed Joe Torre and given him a three year contract. you have no idea how happy this makes me. we haven't had a good manager since Lasorda and now we have "The winningest manager in postseason history" hurray for the dodgers! hurray for Joe Torre! hurray for us all!
