oh happy day

Crappy day at work, but none of that matters anymore. I got home and a book was waiting for me, The Manuscript Found in Saragossa By Jan Potocki. I've heard some great things about this book and have been wanting to read it for quite some time now. If only I could get a book in the mail everyday.

I think the history channel is reusing interviews, they've been running all sorts of pirate shows this week thanks to the 3rd pirates movie coming out and I know I've seen some of these same interviews on different shows. Oh, I just heard something stupid, they're talking about medicine on the pirate ships specifically amputation, this guy said something about how hard amputations would have been to watch since there was no anesthesia to speak of... maybe its just me but I would think that the hardships of the audience would pale in comparison to the hardship of the person being operated on.
I complain but do I change the channel? of course not, well not for 5 minutes anyways when the daily show comes on. and then back to the history channel and then to comedy central to watch futurama, tomorrow I'll wake up and turn on the history channel again.

As long as I'm talking about television, comedy central has a new show coming out called "little bush" it looks oh so stupid. come on already Bush talks funny and does stupid things, we all know this let it go.
